This is a great fridge I love a side by side as that style freezer works best for me organizationally. It opens similar to a feench door which is great as the doors swing widely to allow access. It was so easy or organize and easy to see what you have. I LOVE the knock twice refrigerator view drawer as my son can do that now to see what we have instead of standing there with the door open all the time. The ice and water dispenser on the door is brighter and easier to read than most - and a good design for selecting options. We also love the craft ice balls. Really nice upgrade. Highly recommend - super happy with it

We bought the refrigerator in October. After delivery we noticed several lines on the left door above the ice dispenser. I communicated with service right away within 7 days of delivery. Nobody followed up with me. When I called the other day I was informed that I already missed the 7 day window even though they have a record of my complaint. The people were nice to communicate with but what I need is assistance. I was informed by them that maybe buffing will help. If it does they should get a company to do it not me. I hate seeing it because the item is brand new and should be free of this issue.

Great Features and Large Space Capacity

We love this refrigerator. Its huge inside. My husband loves the bourbon ball ice cube feature. There is so much space for extra food if youre hosting a party or have a large family. The side door compartments in the refrigerator are really large too. The drawers in the freezer can hold a lot of food if you like to meal prep and the shelf space is more than adequate. If you have kids who are constantly opening the frig door to see whats inside the see through glass is a mental lifesaver.

The refrigerator is fine. Love the Craft ice. The other ice maker is ok but doesnt make has much ice as I expected. The install went fine until the hook up of the water to refrigerator. They refused to do it and I had to call in a plumber to resolve the problem. Not installer fault just an unexpected problem. The installers English made it a little difficult to understand what the problem was but eventually figured it out.

Craft Ice Maker Bad Within a year

I like the refrigerator but my craft ice stop working within the first year customer service sent me a free one but it was the wrong ice maker. When l called about it some lady named Kay said if l didnt have an order number LG couldnt help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said l needed an order number to speak with a supervisor. I told her at least 5 times that l did not have an order number and she insisted that she could not help me without one. She got my blood pressure all out of whack Finally she transferred me to a nice young man who knew exactly how to help me. He said the right ice maker would be mailed to me but we shall see They might have been trying to get me off the phone. I hope it comes.

Good working Fridge with a bad part and drawbacks

Fridge performs well and looks nice. It was hooked up to electric and water supply let the fridge sit for 30 mins to ensure no drips from the supply line then pushed back into the surrounding cabinetry enclosure. 7 days later we noticed the floor was raised up in areas near the fridge. we pulled it out and it was spraying from the water supply connection point. a company had to come in immediately and tear everything up and put in 8 units to move air and dry it out to mitigate any mold growth. needless to say we have to replace half our subfloor which means the top layer as well. during this process we disconnected and reconnected the line 5 times to see if we could make it not leak. tried new fittings and gaskets 3 of those times. always leaks. it seems the housing you thread onto was very cheap and thin. i believe it has a crack in its own threads. It wasnt over torqued at initial install. Maybe the simple pressure/resistance from the supply line as it was pushed into place stressed it. its 2 months exactly from the date of purchase. i still need to get with LG to see if they will warranty or cover any of this. ive been dealing with the insurance claim and living in a house that has a kitchen with no floor. contractors finally started this week good luck finding contractors to do a job immediately. i try to stick with LG with most appliances tvs etc.. ill find out how good their customer service is this week. back to the rating. 3 stars because of the appearance and craft ice. it does have cheap thin stainless on it. already has 2 slight dings on the bottom front due to having to get so many air movers and dehumidifiers around it. got bumped by one and that happened. shouldnt have dented due to that. so yeah cheaply made i bought an LG stove the same day and hope it is better built. ill find out when i have a kitchen again and get to use it.. im very disappointed and hope i can get this figured out.

Its a refridgerator. The window in the door is an absolutely useless feature all it does is gather fingerprints and entertain the grandchildren when they tap on it to make the inside light up. If you put anyting on the shelves on the door which obviously youre going to you cant see past that stuff anyway. I didnt buy the fridge for that feature but wouldnt recommend it if I had. The ice maker on the door quit working about 2 months in and the hassle we had to go through in order to schedule a technician guaranteed that I will NEVER purchase another LG appliance ever again.

Great Fridge - Needs A Better Way To Close Door

We have had this refrigerator for about 2 years the only Major Complaint is closing the refrigerator door. To close the door you literally have to reach around and pull the door closed. Because the door is so wide Its really inconvenient and you make some serious fingerprints on the door. Then I noticed we were pulling the door shelves to close the door this causes strain on the shelves. Our shelves started falling down breaking all our items and the shelf cracked. The design flaw is in the door if there was a little lip or pully on the door it would make a much better product

I wouldnt spend the money on the light up window again honestly. We were desperate for a fridge of course there were none in stock and we couldnt see what it was really like. That part is just a huge fingerprint collector. If you put items on the door inside you obviously cant see past them to the rest of the fridge. Really who doesnt have a good idea of whats in there anyway? Also two months after purchase the icemaker on the door stopped working. It took over a dozen phone calls with rude tech support to finally get someone out to service it. The fridge is OK. We spent an unreal amount of money on it shame on us for thinking that meant we would get good service behind it. Dont fall for the big box store promises Lowes wont help you and LG only will after youve gone stark raving mad on the phone.

Amazing Fridge

I bought this about a mouth ago and its a great fridge. love the craft ice maker and the easy access door on the front which allows me to grab drinks or other things without letting too much of a cold air out and I love that the handles are inward instead of sticking out to save room.

Great craft ice that last over several bourbon cup

The refrigerator works perfectly. Its excellent on cooling for both the refrigerator and the freezer. The craft ice balls are excellent if you have a party and use this refrigerator for your bar area. The only downside to this refrigerator is that the ice maker that holds the ice is small and runs out of ice fast I got seven or eight full cups of ice and it was already out. This would not work well for a family of four getting ice all the time. If youre looking to use it for a home bar in the basement then it would work wellthats what Im using it for but other than that its a excellent refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator in September 2022 received it In October 2022. We really like the refrigerator its quiet and love the dual ice makers. The craft ice is very nice and one of the reasons for the purchase. We recently had to have service on the craft ice maker due to it quit making ice. It was under warranty so there was no charge. The LG service man installed the new ice maker and it is working great I plan to purchase the LG double oven stove soon It would be nice to win the sweepstake to put towards the cost

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Craft ice maker has quit working twice in 1 year. Still not working today and this is why I bought this model.

I have a very nice LG refrigerator. I was close near warranty. No problems at all. I did ask for a bottom basket replacement because it cracked. They replaced it and I definitely will purchase this brand again. Thanks

I bought one last year for myself and one for my mother. I love everything about this refrigerator. It has so much shelf space in both the refrigerator and freezer side. I took off one star because the craft ice machine stopped working before the 1 year mark in both refrigerators . I am waiting on the replacement to come in the mail. We still get cubed and crush ice but I really chose this brand because of the craft ice. Oversell a great buy

I have had my new gorgeous fridge for a few weeks now so Im still getting to know it lol . I still miss my deli draw but made it happen with containers on one of the shelves so I can make anything work and move on but when you get water it does seem to drip and leave a water mark which is no big deal I wipe it but for some it might be a deal breaker . The craft ice is a huge winner for me I even put it in my glass of water -some have said its loud when making the ice but I get excited I have new ones waiting for me so far I like the shelving and drawers waiting on my first holiday to really test its abilities the door shelves are deep and hold a lot which gives me more space on the inside shelves . So far very happy with my new fridge .
